Malkajgiri MLA Mynampalli Hanumantha Rao has made a significant decision by parting ways with the BRS party, ending ongoing discussions. In a video message, he not only announced his resignation from the BRS party but also hinted at joining a new political group. This move has sparked discussions about who will lead the BRS party in Malkajgiri constituency after Mynampalli.
Reportedly, the BRS party has already identified three potential leaders to fill this role. One of them is Rajasekhar Reddy, son-in-law of Mallareddy, who is considered a contender for the BRS Malkajgiri MLA candidacy. Another name in consideration is Nandikanti Sridhar, a Congress leader from Malkajgiri, who is said to be in the process of joining the BRS party, making his candidacy likely.
Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav is also rumored to be proposing a candidate. Additionally, Marri Rajasekhar Reddy has been nominated by Minister Mallareddy, while Mandali Radhakrishna Yadav, a relative of Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, is also expressing interest in the position.
The BRS party appears to be targeting BC Nandikanti Sridhar, the current Congress leader, as a potential candidate. This development follows the resignation of Mynampalli and marks the beginning of a new phase in the political landscape of Malkajgiri, with multiple contenders vying for the BRS party’s leadership in the constituency.
