The gathering between Telangana Film Exhibitors Association and Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivasa Yadav appears to have resolved the matter of opening the theatres in Telangana.
It is heard that Minister Talasani Srinivasa Yadav vowed to tackle their issues by talking with Telangana CM KCR. Telangana Government passed a GO yesterday permitting single-screen theaters to gather parking charges inside the premises. This has been the bone of dispute for quite a while as theater proprietors have been whining of experiencing immense misfortunes because of the closure of theaters for over a year due to the Covid pandemic.
Presently as such the exhibitors are wanting to open the theatres from July 30th and films like Satyadev’s Timmarasu and Teja Sajja’s ISHQ will be releasing, flagging the beginning of entertainment in the cinema. The movie lovers are eagerly waiting for the opening of the theatres and to enjoy their favorite star’s movie on the big screen. It is indeed good news for all movie lovers.
