Chennai: It is known that AIDMK MLA Prabhu (34) has got married to the love of his life. However, it has become somewhat controversial now. The bride’s father has approached the court alleging that Prabhu kidnapped his daughter.
A petition has been filed in the Madras High Court seeking the extradition of their daughter. Prabhu is accused of kidnapping his daughter and forcibly marrying her. The case will be heard by the Madras High Court tomorrow.
After the marriage, Prabhu posted a video in which he said “our marriage took place willingly. No one is forced into this. We have been in love for four months. It is untrue that I kidnapped her. After the wedding, we went to their home for the blessings of her parents. But they rejected us. Our parents have permission for this marriage. ‘
And the bride also said .. ‘I love Prabhu. No one forced me to get married. ‘ The bride’s father is working as a priest in a village temple. Information that they do not accept this marriage as it is an inter-caste marriage.
