Hero Dhanush, Who Approached The Court Over The Documentary, Filed A Lawsuit Against His Couple

The dispute between Lady Superstar Nayanthara and Tamil star Dhanush is getting darker. Dhanush is not backing down from the Nayan documentary which is streaming on Netflix. It is known that Dhanush has already demanded a compensation of Rs. 10 crore for using the shooting clippings of ‘Nenu Rowdeene’ movie without his permission in this documentary.

Recently, Dhanush approached the court on this matter. Dhanush’s production company Wonderbar Films filed a suit in the Madras High Court for using the visuals of the movie ‘Nenu Rowdeene’ without permission. Nayan filed a lawsuit against the couple as well as their Rowdy Pictures. The tribunal that examined Dhanush’s petition agreed to the investigation. Meanwhile, it is known that the war between Nayan and Dhanush has been going on for some time.

Popular OTT platform Netflix has made a documentary ‘Nayantara: Beyond the Fairy Tale’ about Nayanthara’s marriage and her journey. This documentary is currently streaming on OTT. However, in this documentary, the shooting clippings of the movie Nenu Rowdeene, produced by Dhanush, have been used. Dhanush demanded a compensation of Rs. 10 crore as there was no permission to use that clipping in the documentary.

Legal notices have also been sent to Nayanthara to this extent. Nayanthara released an open letter targeting Dhanush. She decided that she would settle it legally. Currently, this affair has become a hot topic of discussion in the Tamil film industry. In this order, Dhanush’s approach to the court has now become a hot topic.
