Jagan should stop taking Vizag as his priority !

As soon as two-party MLAs raised their voices against YCP top leader Rajya Sabha member Vijayasaireddy, party chief CM Jaganmohan Reddy reacted to the agitation and sent a warning to the MLAs. Jagan’s control of party leaders is a good development. However, in the case of Vijayasaireddy the rifts are not rectified. Above all, the audio tapes leaked that say it was Tadikonda YCP MLA Dr Undavalli Sridevi who was talking are said to have severely tarnished the image of the party.

The tapes show her commenting that the YCP is using SCs and that MP Suresh had become a pet dog. In Nellore district, senior MLA Anam Ramanarayana Reddy is not only deeply dissatisfied with the party but is also making public criticisms. Recently, YCP leaders and activists staged a dharna in front of the house of Gudur MLA Varaprasad of the same district. MLA Karanam Balaram and YCP constituency in-charge Amanchi Krishnamohan are organizing events like ‘For the people, with the people’ separately.

Meanwhile, YCP MLAs Manugunta Mahidhar Reddy and Anna Rambabu are making statements that are embarrassing the government. There is also a fight going on in Gannavaram and Guntur West constituencies where TDP MPs have joined the YCP. Another TDP MLA who joined the YCP, Vasupalli Ganesh, is currently on fire in Visakhapatnam North. APIIC chairman Roja, a Nagari MLA from Chittoor district, was impatient with the attitude of district minister Peddireddy Rama chandra reddy.A similar situation prevails in almost thirteen districts. In this context, political observers warn that Jagan’s initiative in the Vijayasai Reddy issue if shown on other MLAs to bring the party on track would be a big political loss for him.
