Sean Connery’s Iconic Pistol From Dr No Up For Auction

For years now, private items or props used by top iconic Hollywood stars have been fetching huge sums of money at auctions. Right now, the pistol used by the most popular James Bond Sean Connery has come up for auction. The pistol, a Walther PP pistol is expected to fetch between $150,000 and $200,000. It is a star item at a Hollywood auction to be held soon.

The Walther PP pistol was first used by Sean Connery, the first actor to play Bond, in his debut James Bond film Dr No in 1962.

Ever since, the pictures of Sean Connery with the pistol have appeared in various media and made it extremely popular.

The most popular James Bond died at the age of 90 at his home in Bahamas. It was his last wish for his ashes to be taken back to Scotland, him original home.

The pistol will be part of the Icons & Idols Triology: Hollywood, which will be held by Julien’s Auctions on December 3, 2020.
