KCR’s Tenure: Hidden Costs And Unexplained Revenues?

The Congress led government, spearheaded by Chief Minister Revanth, is diligently preparing a comprehensive presentation to shed light on the debts accrued during the ten-year tenure of the previous BRS government. Since assuming office, Revanth has meticulously evaluated various departments, notably scrutinizing influential ones such as the power department, the finance department overseeing the Dharani portal, and industries.

These evaluations have unearthed startling revelations. The power department, previously undisclosed during KCR’s rule, carries a debt of Rs. 85 thousand crores. Moreover, within a brief four-day scrutiny, irregularities spanning hundreds of acres were discovered in the Dharani portal, prompting an investigation into potentially unlawful land transactions since the portal’s inception.

Revanth’s government is well aware of these irregularities spanning multiple departments. Consequently, a decision has been made to present a comprehensive report detailing the state’s debts and revenues through a power point presentation during the imminent assembly meetings. Revanth is particularly focused on highlighting financial mismanagement during KCR’s tenure.

Under the guidance of Chief Secretary Shantikumari, senior officials have been directed by Revanth to make all necessary arrangements for the scheduled power point presentation during the assembly sessions commencing on the 14th of this month. It’s widely acknowledged that Revanth and his team have leveled allegations of corruption amounting to thousands of crores of rupees against the previous administration led by KCR. These allegations are anticipated to be expounded upon and elucidated in detail during the forthcoming assembly sessions.
