At first he lied to the ignorant as if he was giving them jobs and slowly deceived them promising Jobs with the forgery signature of the CM’s letterhead to extort money.
Chintu made people believe that Minister KTR is close to him. However, the task force police arrested Chintu in a signature forgery case after his identity was revealed. An investigation is underway into whether Chintu had already forged orders. Cases will be registered against him under various sections along with cheating.
