Jayasudha who is fondly called ‘Sahajanati’ is one of the finest actresses of all time and is still entertaining the audience with her flawless performances. The actress who acted with all the superstars of Tollywood has completed 50 glorious years in the film industry.
In her recent interview, ‘Open Heart with RK’ Jayasudha made some comments on Tollywood and the difference in treatment. She said that heroes are treated as demi-gods and heroines don’t get that much attention compared to heroes.
Jayasudha also said that though she completed 50 years in the industry, none congratulated her even with a bouquet of flowers and she feels sad about the way local talent is treated compared to Mumbai heroines and actors.
She also said that she couldn’t learn the art of saving money even though senior actor Shoban Babu had advised her several times. The actress also wondered why she wasn’t honored with the ‘Padmasri’ award despite giving many memorable performances while actress Kangana Ranaut was bestowed with the award.
