It was alleged that the Supreme Court judge was interfering in the administration of justice in the state high court. It was alleged that the judge acted with a plan to benefit the political opponents of the Chief Minister and conspired in unholy land matters. This is a serious allegation”
He continued “I do not think the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will take any action on these allegations. I think he will definitely take action. I do not know what kind of investigation will be and what action will be taken. He could not remain silent on this whole affair. This is a very serious matter”
Ganguly felt “I do not think the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will take any action on these allegations. I think he will definitely take action. I do not know what kind of investigation will be and what action will be taken. He could not remain silent on this whole affair. This is a very serious matter. The allegations should be properly investigated. As far as I understand .. The allegations should be investigated as the daughters of a senior judge of the Supreme Court are in this affair”.
