Letter Head giving shock to Jagan

CM JAGAN

YSRCP which sent show cause notice to its MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju is getting shocks as the matter reached the Delhi High Court. The party got a huge shock when instead of its show cause notice to its Narasapur MP, Raghurama Krishnam Raju boomeranged on itself with the party getting notices on de recognising the party.

Party top leaders say they never expected such a shock from the High Court. In the show-cause notice sent by Vijay Sai Reddy , the letter head instead of having the name of Yuvajana Sramika Raithu Congress Party had the name of YSR Congress Party.

Raghurama Krishnam Raju objected to it strongly and argued that it was not right for another party named YSRC Congress Party letter head and send notices to him. He said it was illegal and he met Union Election Commission (EC) and held discussions. EC is yet to give its ruling.

Raghurama Krishnam Raju shot a letter to AP CM Jagan expressing the same doubts. Later Vijay Sai Reddy along with party MPs met Loksabha Speaker OM Birla and complained seeking disqualification of Raghurama Krishnam Raju. Raghurama Krishnam Raju approached High Court seeking stay till the complaint he lodged with EC is answered. In the meantime, YSR Congress president Mahabioob Basha approached Delhi High Court seeking de recognition of YSR Congress party as it flouted the directions of EC which directed Jagan’s party not to use the short name YSR Congress party or YSR’s photo. Now the onus is on Jagan’s party to support its party and letter. Analysts say till the case is solved, Speaker Om Birla will not disqualify Raghurama Krishnam Raju.
