AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy once again came with sensational comments on three capitals in the state. After unfurling the tricolor participating in the Independence Day celebrations in Vijayawada, Jagan Mohan Reddy spoke about three capitals formation.
It is known that Jagan spoke very rarely on three capitals formation while YSRCP MLAs, MPs and Ministers in his cabinet spoke many times. Jagan said ‘ In order to heal the injuries of the bifurcation of the state and in order to prevent such happenings in future, all the three regions in Andhra Pradesh should be meted with equal justice. So we decided that decentralisation is the only option.’
Jagan pointed out that three capitals bill already became a law and expressed confidence that soon foundation would be laid as Vizag as administrative capital and Kurnool as the judicial capital. It is known that High Court stayed the formation of three capitals till this month end as it is hearing petitions from Amaravathi farmers and other opposition parties on the issue.
