Mas Ka Das Vishwaksen has been choosing slightly different stories since the beginning of his career. He keeps on trying something new on his own without work with Jayapajayas. He also plans promotions so that his film is in the mouth of people. His recent ‘Gangs of Godavari’ was disappointing. This time, the movie ‘Mechanic Rocky’ was made with the desire to be a hit.
It is said that this film which was released to the audience on Friday is also somewhat different. Rocky is a boy who reads very little. Father Ramakrishna (Naresh) owns a mechanic garage cum driving school. Rocky also has to work in the shed run by his father due to lack of interest in studies. Rocky’s friend Shekhar’s sister Priya (Veenakshi Chaudhary) Maya (Shraddha Srinadh) comes to learn driving at the driving school he runs.
The Peppy Song Oo Pilla From Vishwak Sen’s Mechanic Rocky Unveiled
Ranki Reddy (Sunil) notices the place where Rocky’s shed is located. He wants to steal the place by creating false documents. Rocky needs Rs 50 lakh to stop it. And how did he earn that Rs.50 lakh? Why did Rocky’s friend Shekhar die? What is the role of Maya (Shraddha Srinath) in the scam in the name of insurance? That should be seen on the screen.
The movie starts with suicide. Everything is going on seriously for a while without telling who died. The director took the next hero Rocky into the story in a funny way. The first part is all about Rocky College, love with Priya, scolding with father.. garage fight, the first half ends with songs falling to save it. Apart from that, there is no interesting stuff in the first half. Showing the heroine Meenakshi Chaudhary as pissed off created a bit of fun. The scene where the thief hits the bag is laughable.
The real story begins at the beginning of the second half. The story that ran like a love story with a fun ride in the first half takes a turn. The story, which was supposed to be a love genre, turns into a thriller in the Khimr genre. With the first twist it becomes clear what the story is about. The second twist is beyond the imagination of the audience. It is good to use the characters for twists in that regard.
As the first half went on for a long time, the second half was the strongest part of the movie. It shows the frauds of some people based on the hopes and needs of the middle class. Cybercrime in the name of insurance, what are the plans of those fraudsters. It seems that this also happens in some scenes. But there is lack of spontaneity here and there.
As far as the performance of the actors is concerned, the director has used Vishvak’s energy well. The whole movie revolves around him. He showed his own mass style. He delivered mass dialogues in his own style. Voonakshi Chowdhary impresses in the methodical role. Along with those roles, Shraddha Srinath’s role is also crucial for the film.
The 1st Single Gulledu Gulledu From Vishwak Sen’s Mechanic Rocky Unveiled
Both the roles have been given importance without limiting the glamour. Naresh acted according to his role. Viva Harsha laughed at some places. Harshavardhan’s role is not fair. Sunil was initially shown as a big don and made a cat. This is director Ravi Teja’s first film. Although the written story, what he wanted to say was correct, there was some hesitation here and there.
He seemed to depend on the full second-half twists. It would have been better if the first staff had worked out more and added more emotions. The way the second half was handled was good. As it is a story that fully believes in twists, you have to watch the first episode patiently for those twists.
