CID built an entire case against Chandrababu Naidu, primarily relying on the Note Files of PV Ramesh and Kaki Sunitha, dating back to the establishment of the Skill Development Corporation. PV Ramesh has since claimed that these files were more like a scrapbook and that their remarks were taken out of context.
In addition to them, the then Chief Secretary, IYR Krishna Rao, was also prominently involved in this case, serving as the bridge between the Chief Minister and senior bureaucrats. PV Ramesh, in the media, already declared that his statement was manipulated to implicate Chandrababu Naidu.
However, both Sunitha and IYR Krishna Rao have remained conspicuously silent on the matter. Sunitha’s silence might be due to her ongoing service, preventing her from going against Jagan Mohan Reddy’s government. On the other hand, IYR Krishna Rao, who is retired, has taken a nominated post from Chandrababu Naidu post-retirement but later turned against him, criticizing Naidu’s government on various fronts, including Amaravati and the TDP-Janaseena relationship.
Given IYR’s past actions and animosity toward Naidu, it’s widely speculated that he would not remain silent unless he possessed information that could benefit Chandrababu Naidu. While he may harbor a deep dislike for Naidu and the TDP, he might choose to stay silent, claiming prejudice, all the while secretly enjoying the unfolding drama.
