Senior Leaders Set To Shift Loyalties In Telangana Elections

There are several key developments taking place before the elections in Telangana. Over the years, there have been discussions about various important leaders, particularly those aspiring to secure a ticket in the upcoming elections, expressing interest in joining the Congress party.

This has led to some degree of appeasement politics within the respective parties. Furthermore, certain parties are behaving as if they anticipate a potential loss in the elections. Amidst this political landscape, there are indications that both the ruling party, BRS, and the main opposition party, BJP, might see some members defecting to the Congress.

Analysts also seem to agree with this assessment. Social media is abuzz with a list that is circulating widely, containing the names of numerous senior leaders and former ministers who are rumored to be contemplating a party switch from both the BJP and BRS to the Congress. The momentum behind their potential move to the Congress appears to be gaining strength.

Some of the notable names in the list include former minister Jupalli Krishna Rao, Damodara Reddy MLC, Palvai Harish Rao, Khazipeta Lingayah, Thigala Krishna Reddy (former MLA of Maheshwar Ram), Saritha Tirupatiah (ZP Chairman of Gadwala), who previously belonged to BRS.

Others who are rumored to be considering a move from the BJP include Yennam Srinivas Reddy (Ex-MLA of Mahabubnagar), Komati Reddy Rajagopal Reddy (Ex-MLA of Mungodu), Rama Rao Patel (Mudhol, Adilabad), Rabindra Naik (Ex-MP of Mahabubabad), Chandrasekhar (Ex-Minister of Vikarabad), Pawan Kumar Reddy (Devarakadra), Ramesh Rathore (former MP of Adilabad), and Enugu Ravinder Reddy (former MLA of Ellareddy).
