Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab is likely to be the first A-lister to hit the silver screens once theatres are reopened. The shoot will be completed by the start of December and the film is expected to be out in theatres next Sankranti.
Reportedly, the satellite rights of Vakeel Saab have fetched a huge amount of Rs 16.50 crores. The digital and dubbing rights are expected to be sold for a good price as well. It appears to be that the ongoing financial recession owing to COVID-19 pandemic is showing little to no effect on the pre-release business of Vakeel Saab.
Gemini TV has acquired the satellite rights of the Pawan Kalyan starrer by shelling out the whopping amount. They had recently bagged the satellite and digit rights of Ram’s Reddy for Rs 13.5 crores.
Vakeel Saab is being produced by Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor. Venu Sriram is directing it. Shruti Hassan plays female lead.
