Questions Arise Over Chandrababu’s Inclusion In FIR

The arrest of Nara Chandrababu Naidu in a skill development scam has a triggered significant uncertainty and concern among TDP members, leaders, and the general public. Many are perplexed by the timing of his arrest and the fact that his name wasn’t included in the initial FIR filed in 2021.

During the proceedings in the ACB court, the presiding judge directly questioned AP CID officers and AAG Sudhakar Reddy regarding the addition of Chandrababu’s name to the FIR. The judge sought clarification on the reasons behind this decision and inquired about the existence of sufficient evidence to implicate Chandrababu in the alleged scam.

These probing questions appeared to catch CID officials and AAG Sudhakar Reddy off guard. Subsequently, the judge adjourned the proceedings for a brief ten-minute break. The court will soon make a decision regarding Chandrababu’s judicial custody and bail after revisiting the arguments presented during the hearing, led by Luthra.

Chandrababu is currently awaiting the court’s decision within the courtroom. Meanwhile, Nara Lokesh, Chandrababu’s son, has arrived at the court and is reportedly consulting with TDP leaders and legal experts on how to navigate this complex case. Lokesh also held a meeting with Chandrababu to discuss the evolving situation. The uncertainty surrounding Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest and the judge’s inquisitive stance have added layers of complexity to this case, leaving both supporters and critics eagerly awaiting the court’s forthcoming decision.
