During the proceedings in the ACB court, the presiding judge directly questioned AP CID officers and AAG Sudhakar Reddy regarding the addition of Chandrababu’s name to the FIR. The judge sought clarification on the reasons behind this decision and inquired about the existence of sufficient evidence to implicate Chandrababu in the alleged scam.
These probing questions appeared to catch CID officials and AAG Sudhakar Reddy off guard. Subsequently, the judge adjourned the proceedings for a brief ten-minute break.
