Trust Kangana Ranaut to be one feisty woman who has no qualms in experimenting and pulling off her ventures with elan.
The actress has grown from strength to strength in recent years and has been part of a wide array of films. From Tanu Weds Manu to Tanu Weds Manu 2 to Manikarnika, Kangana Ranaut has proven that she has it in her to act in films that are different from one another.
She hasn’t blinked an eyelid when she was offered Thalaivi which meant doing a character that had many shades to it and that required her physical transformation through prosthetics. Having completed the shoot of Thalaivi that will release in Hindi and Tamil, Kangana has now moved on to her next interesting project.
This time, Kangana Ranaut will be playing lady spy for the first time in her career. The film titled Dhakaad had Kangana training in martial arts and hand combating. A perfectionist, she trained hard to get the moves perfect.
She has just completed the prosthetic measurements for the film and says the film will be the beginning of a new era for Indian cinema. “It’s first ever woman lead spy/action thriller,” she shares. She thanked her team for the role. The film’s shooting will begin in January.
Kangana also has Tejas in her kitty. She will be seen as an Air Force officer in the film.
