Actor Rajasekhar was a rage in the late 80s and early 90s and he was one of the superstars of Telugu cinema along with Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Balakrishna and Venkatesh. Fondly called as Angry Young Man for his dynamic police roles, Rajasekhar had a great fan following, however, he soon faded out with monotonous roles and continuous flops.
The actor who made a comeback with PSV Garudavega a few years ago has pinned all his hopes on his next movie Shekar directed by his wife Jeevitha. Director Sukumar who graced the movie pre-release event shared an interesting anecdote about Rajasekhar.
Sukumar said that he was a big fan of Rajasekhar and his movies Aahuti, Ankusham, Aagraham left a big impact on him. He also said that he became famous in his village after he started mimicking Rajasekhar’s voice. Sukumar further praised Rajasekhar for making his daughters actors and wished the movie a big success.
