ED officials on Friday conducted searches at the residences of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra. It is known that these searches are being conducted in connection with money laundering in the case of taking porn videos. ED is conducting inspections at Raj Kundra’s residence as well as offices. ED officials said that searches are also being conducted at the houses of close relatives.

It is known that Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch Police in June 2021 in the case of taking obscene pictures with aspiring actors and uploading them on foreign apps. The property cell of the Mumbai Police caught a gang making porn videos and this matter came to light at that time. They were found to be making porn videos on the pretext of making short films for OTT platforms.

After shooting the porn videos.. they send the comment abroad through WeTransfer. But to escape from the Indian laws, those obscene pictures are uploaded in the apps there. The crime branch police who are investigating this case have come to know about these things. A person named Umesh Kamat was arrested by the Crime Branch police in this case. He used to work at Rajkundra.

It was only after the arrest of Umesh Kamat that Kundra’s role in the porn racket was revealed. After the investigation, the police arrested Raj Kundra on July 20, 2021 with solid evidence. He was released after a few days.
