Samantha is currently collaborating with Vijay Deverakonda on a Telugu film titled “Kushi,” which is set to release in September. Additionally, she is actively involved in the filming of her web series “Citadel,” alongside Bollywood star Varun Dhawan.
This venture into the web series marks Samantha’s second foray into the medium, following her successful appearance in “The Family Man 2.” Despite some of her recent pan-Indian films not performing as well as expected at the box office, Samantha has already established a strong presence on a pan-India scale through her remarkable portrayal in “The Family Man 2.”
Now, Samantha is determined to broaden her horizons and gain global recognition. She has already committed to an international film titled “Chennai Story,” directed by BAFTA winner Philip John. Interestingly, she is also engaged in discussions for an international web series.
In terms of her career trajectory, Samantha seems to be following in the footsteps of Priyanka Chopra, aiming to achieve widespread acclaim and success on a global scale.
