After the massive success of Maharshi, Mahesh Babu teams up with successful director Anil Ravipudi for Sarileru Neekevvaru. The project which has Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady was officially launched today on the occasion of Superstar Krishna’s birthday. The pre-production formalities are in full swing and the movie is expected to go on floors from June. During the launch, Anil Ravipudi revealed that Mahesh Babu will be seen as an army officer in this commercial entertainer. The director also read out a note sent by veteran Telugu actress Vijayashanti. The open note read that the actress has made her acting debut in Telugu cinema opposite Krishna in ‘Khiladi Krishnudu’ and went on to feature in 180 films as the leading lady until she took a break to pursue her political ambitions.
