Bollywood star Salman Khan who releases a movie on every Eid is back with yet another movie titled Bharat. The movie which is slated to release on June 5 all over the world landed in controversy. A person named Vipin Tyagi has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking a change of title. Vipin in his plea contended that the title of the film is in violation of Section 3 of Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, according to which the word ‘Bharat’ cannot be used for the commercial purpose. He also contended that it hurts the patriotic sentiments of the people of the country.
