Pawan’s call becomes a laughing stock

Right after the tragedy struck in the form of a poisonous gas leak in LG Polymers in Visakhapatnam, angry people started protesting at the LG Polymers factory. The situation went out of control as the police found it difficult to pacify the angry crowd.

Though AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and his government announced an ex gratia of Rs 1crore to the family of the deceased, they refused to relent. They said they themselves will give the Government Rs 2crs and asked the government to shift the factory.

In the midst of all this Pawan Kalyan, chief of Jana Sena asked people not to protest. He asked them to maintain peace and harmony under the testing times and in the wake of corona danger. He asked people since people protesting in groups may lead to the spread of coronavirus, they asked them to stop protesting.

People are expressing their anger on Pawan Kalyan and are questioning whether people from nearby villages are not protesting against LG Polymers. They are also questioning how come Pawan ask his party cadre not to protest. Analysts feel Pawan has become a laughing stock when Jana Sainiks and party cadre started organizing huge protests against the Jagan’s YSRCP government.
