It’s big shocking news to Tollywood as the senior comedian passed away at the age of 83. Tollywood had lost one of its finest comedians of all-time Sarathi today morning. The veteran comedian has been suffering with Kidney related issues for several months and he lasted his breath at Citi neuro center hospital.
Sarathi made his movie debut in 1960 with Sita Rama Kalyanam movie and appeared in over 372 movies. Some of his popular movies include Paramanandayya Sishyula Katha, Indra Dhanussu, Gandharva Kanya, Sommokadidi Sokokadidi, Mana Voori Pandavulu, and Jaganmohini.
Sarathi was one of the key members in shifting the Telugu film industry from Madras to Hyderabad. His last rites will be held at Mahaprasthanam in Hyderabad today.
