YSR Congress party Rebel MP Kanumuri Raghurama Krishnaraju from Narasapuram in West Godavari district has been in the news almost daily with his controversial remarks against the YSRC government, which has been heavily trolled on social media for the past two days.

The picture of Raghuram enjoying a drink in a pub went viral on social media. A delicately dressed Russian dancing girl is seen pouring champagne directly into the MP’s mouth in this picture.

Everyone got a negative impression of Raghuram after watching this picture. But Raghuram tried to defend himself and shoot critics who were trolling him on social media.

Raghuram admitted to the media on Monday that it was really his picture and that he was enjoying the drink given by the Russian girl.

“So what? What’s wrong with the picture? Many people drink champagne. Cricketers and movie celebrities do the same. It’s very common for Russian girls to serve drinks to guests at pubs and functions,” he said.

The Narasapuram MP said that the picture was taken at a party where several YSRC leaders were attended and it was almost three years old picture. The party was organized by the son of an MP.

“I don’t remember if it was in Hyderabad or Kolkata,” he said.

“I didn’t see the picture or I didn’t notice when it was taken. But I suspect that TTD chairman YV Subbareddy may have taken it and supplied it to the party people to troll me, ”Raju said.

He also clarified that he had not behaved rudely with any woman and had not behaved rudely in the party.

“Russian girls gave me a drink, just like they did with everyone else. I don’t see anything wrong with that, ”he said.
