In the shocking development, AP Minister for Energy, Forest,Engvironment,Science, and Technology Balineni Srinivas Reddy’s escort vehicle overturned on Tuesday on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The escort vehicle overturned on the Outer Ring Road at Abdullapurmet on the outskirts when one of the tyres of the vehicle burst accidentally.
A head constable, who was in the vehicle suffered severe injuries and died on the spot. Two constables and the vehicle driver sustained injuries and they were admitted to the hospital.
P.Devender, Inspector Abdullapurmet said the rear left tyre of the vehicle burst due to which the vehicle lost balance and overturned on the ORR. Police registered the case and started an investigation. Minister Balineni was traveling in another vehicle. After the accident, Balineni visited the injured at the hospital and also visted the head constable Papa Rao’s body. Paparao was deputed to the escort team of the minister and he belonged to the AP special police.
