Even as fans got delighted with Balakrishna’s birthday celebrations snaps going viral, YSRCP leaders Korutla Srinvasulu, Iqbal, and Vijaya Sai Reddy made controversial remarks. They said Balakrishna’s mental condition is not stable and that was the reason he celebrated his birthday during coronavirus pandemic without wearing a mask and also not following social distancing.
TDP leaders like Anita accused YSRCP leaders of insulting Balakrishna and TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu on his birthday. They said this shows their culture. However, YSRCP leaders say Balakrishna aided by the medical certificate on his mental health following the infamous shooting incident at his house a few decades back is flouting all norms and asked doctors to examine the mental condition of Balakrishna and Chandra Babu as they are putting the lives of others at risk.
