Hot Hunk Rana and talented actress Sai Pallavi are coming together to star in a period entertainer Virataparwam 1992. The film has a 90s backdrop and is directed by Venu Udugula of Needi Naadi Oke Katha.
The film has a naxal backdrop and the makers shot most of the scenes in the forests of Warangal, Kerala, and Vikarabad. Sources reveal that during the shoot, Rana and Sai Pallavi had a miraculous escape.
While shooting in Kerala, while they wrapped up the shoot on one day and were about to return back, they heard that a herd of elephants is marching dangerously towards them.
Rana, Sai Pallavi, and the entire crew left the vehicles and all their equipment and ran for their lives for half an hour without even looking back. While Rana and Sai Pallavi ran for their life along with the crew, Rana saved himself as he left the spot a few minutes ahead.
Virataparwam stars Priyamani and Naveen Chandra in the roles of Naxals.
