Allu Arjun’s upcoming entertainer Pushpa directed by Sukumar is making headlines for all wrong reasons. Pushpa earlier landed in copy controversy after the launch of the title and the first look.
Netizens accused the makers of copying the poster from Hollywood films. Even before this controversy ended, now a star writer, Vempally Gangadhar, Sahitya Academy Yuva Puraskar award came with a shocking facebook post.
He accused the makers of copying from his novel ‘Yerra Chendanam Daarilo Tamila Coolilu’ published in the year 2019. He accused them of making few changes and claiming that the story as their own and not even credits to him.
The makers of Pushpa are yet to respond to these copy allegations. The film is based on red sandalwood smuggling and Allu Arjun is playing the role of a lorry driver involved in it. He will be seen romancing Sandalwood seductress Rashmika Mandanna in the film.
