Taraka Ratna’s Last Wish Remains Unfulfilled

Nandamuri Taraka Ratna, the grandson of legendary actor and the chief minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh NTR, passed away on Saturday night. After being in a coma due to a massive heart attack. Taraka Ratna collapsed during the TDP’s Yuvagalam Padayatra in Andhra Pradesh on January 27. Despite being moved to a hospital in Bengaluru for better treatment, his condition worsened and he eventually passed away.

Despite being born into an illustrious family, Taraka Ratna’s life was not without its struggles, as he faced difficulty finding success in the film industry, along with marital issues and a lengthy battle for his life in the hospital.

His last wish was to make a mark in Andhra Pradesh politics, as he had been meeting with TDP leaders, members, and workers, and was even considering running for MLA from Gudivada. He had shared this desire with Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh and was planning to become the candidate to contest against Kodalai Nani in what was once considered the TDP’s stronghold.

Taraka Ratna had expressed his willingness to work toward the welfare of Andhra Pradesh and was determined to help the TDP win the upcoming elections.
