Tamil star Karthi’s new film under the direction of Remo fame Bakkiyaraj Kannan went on floors in the last December. Titled Sulthan, the film’s shooting was halted in the month of March due to Corona lockdown.
A few weeks ago, the film unit resumed the shooting and wrapped up the entire shooting part. Currently, the post-production work of the film is underway. Meanwhile, the latest news is that the makers are planning to release the film during the Sankranthi festival season. If the news turns into reality, Sulthan is going to be the first confirmed film post- Corona hard times for Sankranthi.
Sulthan also marks as the Tamil debut film for young and happening heroine Rashmika. The film will have a simultaneous release in Telugu.
