Famous singer Vani Jayaram who sang over 20,000 songs in various Indian languages passed away yesterday at her house in Chennai yesterday. Doubts have been raised over death and the local police have filed the case as a mysterious death.
The housemaid stated, “when I rang the doorbell today, there was no response from inside. We then broke in and found serious injuries on her face. We immediately contacted the police”.
The forensic experts are currently at her residence, collecting the evidence from the scene.
A post-mortem has been done on Vani Jairam’s body and the doctors confirmed an injury of one and a half inches. The police stated that nothing can be concluded with this single identification. They said that they are waiting for the full report. This report will clear all doubts surrounding Vani Jairam’s death.
