It is known that Superstar Rajinikanth got admitted in Kauvery Hospital in Chennai and his sudden visit to hospital and admission in ICU worried his fans. According to the latest, latest health update came from the hospital authorities.
Dr Aravindan Selvaraj, co-founder and Executive Director, of Kauvery Hospital in a statement, said “He was thoroughly evaluated by the expert panel of doctors and was advised to undergo Carotid Artery Revascularisation,”. He added “The procedure was performed successfully today (October 29) and he is recovering well. He is likely to be discharged from the hospital after a few days,”
Earlier Rajinikanth after receiving the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award revealed that he had watched his upcoming entertainer Annathe. Sharing the details he posted “I watched Annaatthe with Latha, Aishwarya, Soundarya, Vishagan, Ved, Linga and Yatra along with my in laws Vanangamudi and Usha Vanangamudi. Ved in particular wanted to sit next to me and catch the show. After watching the film, he gave me a tight hug for a good three to four minutes and said ‘I am happy thathu’. He calls me thathu when he is in a happy mood. This is the first time we all watched a show together. I thanked Ved and came out of the theatre. To my surprise Kalanithi Maaran was waiting outside and received me with a smile. Despite his busy schedule he made it a point to be there, which was indeed overwhelming.”
