In Bollywood, she is known for her bold performances and her latest film, “Mrs. Undercover,” is currently streaming on Zee 5 from 14th April 2023. In a recent interview with the media, Radhika made some startling revelations about her experiences in the industry.
She revealed that she lost a big Bollywood film because she was overweight by a few kilos. When she was new to the industry, people would often suggest that she get a nose job or breast augmentation. In the middle of her career, people would make comments about her body as if they had the right to. However, due to increased awareness, it is now possible to talk about these issues more openly. Radhika said, “If you say that to me again, I’ll make sure you’re out of this project, at least.”
When asked about the strange perceptions people have of her, Radhika shared, “Perceptions are bizarre. People used to think I could only play a village girl for the longest time until I did ‘Badlapur.’ After that, people thought I could only do sex comedies or strip, so I stopped accepting those kinds of roles. Perceptions are strange, but I try not to let them dictate my choices.”
