Jagadeesh, known for his role as Keshava in the blockbuster movie “Pushpa Part 1: The Rise” alongside Allu Arjun, also took on a lead role in the Aha original film, “Satti Gaani Rendekaralu.” However, recent events have taken a troubling turn for the actor.
A case has been filed against Jagadeesh at the Panjagutta police station regarding a woman’s suicide. Allegedly, he took intimate pictures of a junior artist involved with another man and used them to threaten her, stating he would share the photos on social media. The Panjagutta police arrested Jagadeesh for his involvement in the threats and presented him in court on Wednesday.
According to reports, Jagadeesh took the pictures of the woman on the 27th of last month and began harassing her. Tragically, she took her own life on the 29th. Following the incident, Jagadeesh went into hiding, prompting a search by the police. It’s been revealed that Jagadeesh was acquainted with the woman in the past.
Previously recognized for his supporting roles in films like “Mallesham,” “George Reddy,” and “Palasa 1978,” Jagadeesh’s career saw a boost after catching the attention of Sukumar, who then offered him an opportunity in “Pushpa.”
