Prabhas’s latest movie “Adipurush” has suffered significant losses. Even before this, Prabhas’s previous movies “Saaho” and ‘Radhe Shyam” faced huge losses. The hype surrounding his movies has not translated into success. Exhibitors are expressing concern over the mounting losses, while the pre-release business alone seems to be diminishing. Prabhas is unable to shoulder the burden of making high-budget films.
After “Radhe Shyam,” Prabhas had planned to take a break, but it didn’t materialize. Currently, he is involved in two more big- budget films, namely “Salaar” and “Project K.” “Project K” is already in production. With a star-studded cast and a hefty budget, Ashwini Dutt, a prominent producer, is presenting this film as a significant venture.
As for “Salaar,” Prabhas will be seen in Sandeep Vanga’s “Spirit” and there’s a buzz that he signed for another Pan Indian movie. As of now, all the hopes are on his next action movie “Salaar” directed by Prashanth Neel, known for his work in “KGF.” However, fans of Prabhas firmly believe that “Salaar” will bring resounding success.
