Naga Chaitanya and Vikram Kumar are teaming up once again for a new project, which was initially thought to be a film but turned out to be a series titled ‘Dootha.’ Although the horror-thriller series has been in production for a while and produced by Amazon Prime Studios, there have been no updates regarding its release.
In a recent press interaction, Naga Chaitanya revealed that filming for the series has been completed, and the release is currently awaiting post-production work from the Prime Video team, who need time to dub the series in various languages. He also stated that Dootha is set to release on OTT platforms in August.
This marks the third collaboration between Naga Chaitanya and Vikram Kumar, who previously scored a blockbuster with Manam, but their second film together, Thank You, did not perform well with audiences. Fans are now eagerly anticipating the release of Dootha to see what the duo has in store.
In the meantime, Naga Chaitanya is busy promoting his upcoming film Custody, which is set to hit theaters on May 12th.
