The young Akkineni actor is poised to make his digital debut with “Dootha,” a high-octane crime thriller directed by Vikram Kumar. “Dootha” is an ambitious eight-episode web series, produced by Sharat Marrar in collaboration with Amazon Studios and boasting a substantial budget. The much-anticipated teaser for “Dootha” is scheduled to be unveiled during the Diwali festivities, and the web series is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on December 1st. The shooting for “Dootha” concluded last year.
In addition to the protagonist, the series features prominent actresses Prachi Desai, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Parvathy Thiruvothu in pivotal roles. An official announcement from Amazon is expected later this week. Meanwhile, Naga Chaitanya is gearing up to commence filming for Chandoo Mondeti’s project in the last week of November. Notably, this is one of the most expensive films in Chaitanya’s career, with Sai Pallavi as the leading lady.
