After the disappointment of “Custody,” a bilingual film directed by Venkat Prabhu, Naga Chaitanya is yet to announce his next venture. Speculation has been rife that he will be collaborating with the talented young director Chandoo Mondeti.
The project will be produced by Bunny Vas under his GA2 banner. As the rumors swirl, there is talk about Naga Chaitanya portraying the role of a fisherman, taking to the waters on his boat. Bunny Vas, in a conversation with reporters, revealed that the film will have a fisheries backdrop and draw inspiration from real-life incidents that occurred in Gujarat.
He further mentioned that extensive research has been conducted for the project, and when Chandoo Mondeti narrated the story, Naga Chaitanya was thoroughly excited and readily gave his approval. Fans can expect an official announcement about the film in the near future.
