Shah Rukh being the baadshah of Bollywood also owns a cricket team that takes part in IPL.
So, there is no question of doubting his market sensibilities. After a near two year hiatus from films, Shah Rukh has finally returned to the sets of Yash Raj’s film Pathan, as we had reported earlier.
But the producer Shah Rukh Khan has been producing films in these two years, but with other actors. Badla, an adaptation of a Spanish film was a huge hit and he also produced Bard of Blood for Netflix. There are also other films and series in various stages of production. Now comes the news that Shah Rukh Khan’s production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, has roped in current heartthrob Kartik Aryan to do a film for them.
Kartik is a sought-after star in the industry these days and is considered to be a youth-magnet. He is also being called the rising romantic hero in Bollywood.
While it is good news for Kartik’s fans, Bollywood baadshah himself will not be part of the film.
For now, Kartik Aryan is busy with Bhool Bhulaiya 2 and much-awaited Dostana 2.
