Ever since the teaser was out, the audience felt that “Skandha” would be another typical Boyapati movie with heavy doses of action without any logic. The movie got released and getting negative reviews from all over. Previously, during the release of “Vinaya Vidheya Rama,” he had received criticism for an over-the-top reaction.
Though “Vinaya Vidheya Rama” was a disaster, the producers may have been relieved due to Ram Charan’s box-office stamina. But, it’s not the case with “Skandha” as Ram doesn’t have the mass pull. On a related note, actress Sreeleela seems to be dealing with some tension as the movie might head towards a disaster.
It’s not one, not two, but a dozen films currently in the hands of Sreeleela. However, whether “Skandha” creates a genuine impact or not is still uncertain. Maybe it’s not just about “Skandha”; it’s also about her choices and the results she’s aiming for. Tollywood pundits opine that if Sreeleela continues to grab the offers that come her way without even knowing her role, she would fade away soon.
