With the trend of sequels on the rise in Telugu cinema, director Parasuram is in plans to make a sequel for Geetha Govindam and is busy with the script work. However, as per the sources, Vijay Deverakonda will reprise his role in the sequel but Rashmika Mandanna may not be part of it.
