A dedicated initiative aimed at uplifting, nurturing, and empowering the talent of young people, especially the student community. “WIN.Club” is envisioned as a platform that encourages creativity, learning, and real-world exposure, helping students transform their passion into meaningful opportunities.
As part of this initiative, “ETV Win” has collaborated with “Chaaya Club of Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT)” to establish the “WIN.Club” on campus. This collaboration brings together ETV Win’s industry expertise and Chaaya Club’s vibrant student-driven creative ecosystem, creating a space where students can explore media, entertainment, content creation, digital marketing, and storytelling.
Through “WIN.Club”,students will gain access to workshops, interactive sessions, industry insights, hands-on projects, and opportunities to showcase their talent on a larger platform. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry experience while fostering confidence, originality, and innovation among students.
ETV Win envisions “WIN.Club”as a growing movement across campuses. Following the collaboration with “CBIT”, several other colleges are already in the pipeline, as “ETV Win” continues to expand this initiative to reach and empower more young minds across the telugu states

The MoU exchange programme was attended by Mr. Sai Krishna Koinni, Head of ETV Win; Mr. Yuvakanth Bandari, Marketing Head; and Ms. V. Divya Darshini, WIN.Club Coordinator. The programme was coordinated by the Faculty Start-up and the club founder, Mr. Sreenivas Andoju, who expressed gratitude for the active support and encouragement extended by the CBIT management, including Dr. C. V. Narasimhulu, Principal;Dr. B. Lingareddy, Director of Student Affairs and Progression; Dr. U. Umakanth Chaudury, Director – Industry Institute Cell; Dr. Ravindar Reddy, Vice-Principal; Dr. Shaguftha Parveen, HoD, Department of English, and other faculty members.
