Following the remarkable success of the KGF franchise, Prashanth Neel and Yash are gearing up for their collaboration on the third installment of the series, titled “KGF: Chapter 3.” Filming is scheduled to commence in the latter half of 2024, with the film’s release anticipated in mid-2025. This installment is set against the backdrop of the years 1978 to 1981 and delves into Rocky Bhai’s efforts to expand his empire into the United States and 16 other countries.
“KGF: Chapter 3” is poised to be a high-budget production, and Prashanth Neel is gearing up to kickstart the project in the near future. Yash has formally committed to the film, but prior to that, he will be shooting for Geethu Mohandas’s upcoming project in December, which is set to be a pan-Indian release in the following year. Meanwhile, Prashanth Neel is fully occupied with his directorial venture “Salaar” starring Prabhas, scheduled for release during Christmas 2023.
