Following the blockbuster Success of Little Hearts and Raju Weds Rambai, the successful duo Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati has delivered yet another hit with the horror thriller ‘Eesha’, produced under the banners Nandipati Entertainments and Bunny Vas Works. Released on December 25 as a Christmas special, Eesha emerged as a Christmas winner, giving the duo a hat-trick of successes.
Presented by KL Damodar Prasad and produced by Pothula Hema Venkateswara Rao under the HVR Productions banner, Eesha features Trigun, Hebba Patel, Akhil Raj, Siri Hanumanth, and Prithviraj in key roles. The film was jointly released by Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati and is currently running successfully in theatres. On this occasion, the film unit organized a grand success meet, graced by eminent producer Suresh Babu as the chief guest.
Speaking at the event, Suresh Babu congratulated Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati for delivering yet another hit and stated that the audience has once again proved that honest filmmaking will always be rewarded with success. He emphasized that there is no distinction between small and big films—content is the only deciding factor. He encouraged filmmakers to remain positive, not to be discouraged by rejections, and to trust that everything happens at the right time.

Producer Bunny Vas expressed happiness over Damodar Prasad’s success with Eesha and appreciated director Srinivas Manne for connecting strongly with the audience. He highlighted that the film’s box-office numbers clearly prove audience acceptance and urged reviewers to be respectful in their criticism, noting that words can deeply impact filmmakers’ lives. He also thanked the media for supporting the film’s journey.
Vamsi Nandipati said that Eesha overcame many hurdles and noise to reach success, which is why they termed it “Success Beyond Noise.” He thanked the audience for celebrating the film and said such support encourages meaningful cinema to succeed.
Actor-producer Ashok Kumar recalled his early days in cinema and encouraged young filmmakers to take risks without fear. He noted that positivity and perseverance will always lead to success, even if the journey is slow.
Director Srinivas Manne shared an emotional account of the challenges faced during the film’s release, including heavy negativity. He admitted going through a difficult mental phase but said the audience’s love ultimately turned Eesha into a blockbuster. He appealed for constructive criticism and requested media and social platforms to avoid destructive negativity.
Producer Pothula Hema Venkateswara Rao thanked Suresh Babu for attending the success meet and credited Damodar Prasad, Bunny Vas, and Vamsi Nandipati for taking the film to the audience. He stated that despite initial negativity, audiences flocked to theatres, proving the film’s strength.
Music director RR Dhruvan said that Eesha proved audiences will always reward genuine and new attempts. He expressed happiness that Eesha marked his first theatrical hit as a music director.
Actor Akhil Raj spoke about the difficulty of achieving back-to-back successes as a newcomer and thanked the producers and director for supporting him. Actress Siri Hanumanth credited the entire success to director Srinivas Manne and thanked everyone who supported the film. Actress Usha Sri said that playing the role of Punyavathi in Eesha marked a new beginning in her life and expressed joy over the film’s grand success.
The success meet was also attended by ‘Court’ director Ram Jagadeesh, writer Lakshmi Bhoopal, Kalyani Malik, producer Bekkem Venugopal, Telugu Titan CEO Trinath Reddy, actor Harshith, and director Yadu Vamsi, who added to the celebrations.
