Bollywood Badshah Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan, the renowned designer has found herself in legal trouble as an FIR (First Information Report) has been lodged against her. The case has been registered under section 409 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with criminal breach of trust.

The complaint was filed by Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, who alleged that despite paying Rs 86 lakh, the company associated with Gauri as a brand ambassador failed to provide possession of a flat located in Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area. The complainant further alleged that the flat was given to someone else.

The FIR has been registered not only against Gauri but also against Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, the Chief Managing Director of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited, and its Director Mahesh Tulsiyani.

It remains to be seen how this legal matter unfolds and what steps Gauri and the other accused take to address the allegations against them. This incident serves as a reminder that even celebrities and their associates are not above the law and will be held accountable if found guilty of wrongdoing.
