Suhas’ Family Drama directed by Meher Tej is streaming on Sony LIV OTT and here is the review.
Sadashiv Rao (Sanjay Ratha) tortures his family members and is unable to bear the torture of his family members, his wife Parvati (Shruti Meher) , sons Rama (Suhas), Lakshman (Teja Kasarapu) take an extreme step. To find out what is that extreme step and how Yamini (Pooja Kiran) and Mahati (Anusha Nuthula) are connected to it, watch Family Drama.
Director came with a different type of psycho-thriller. Unlike other psycho thrillers, he wove a thriller involving family and highlighted the human relations and emotions and how family members react when their patience is tested to the extremes. Though the story is interesting, the screenplay and direction oscillated. The narration is slow and the real story starts only after one hour. Routine elements creep in and test the patience of the viewers. Except for the pre-climax and pre-interval block, everything turns routine.
Suhas performed well surprising as a psycho. His antics, mannerisms, and expressions are good. Others performed accordingly. except for Suhas, Family Drama has no interesting elements. The background score is good. Cinematography and editing is ok. Production values are fine.
