Payal Ghosh, an actress who appeared in Jr NTR’s “Oosaravelli” as Tamannah’s friend, has once again made headlines with a serious allegation. She claimed that renowned Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap raped her during a meeting for a film opportunity.
This is not the first time that Payal Ghosh has accused Anurag Kashyap of misconduct. She had previously filed a case against him, but the director remained silent on the matter. Payal Ghosh has also acted in Chandrasekhar Yeleti’s “Prayanam” as the lead actress.
“I worked in south film industry with 2 national award-winning directors &star directors but nobody even touched me inappropriately but in Bollywood I haven’t even worked with Anurag Kashyap,bt he raped me on our third meeting, now say why I shouldn’t brag about south…!!!”, she Tweeted.
Recently, Payal Ghosh posted an incomplete suicide note on her Instagram profile without any accompanying caption, and it has since gone viral. Concerned fans of the actress are worried about her well-being, particularly since she had recently spoken about mental health. The note, which does not mention any names, implies that if she were to die under suspicious circumstances such as a heart attack, certain individuals would be responsible.
