The National Award-winning superstar Dhanush’s high-budget period film ‘Captain Miller’ under the direction of Arun Matheswaran is progressing with its shoot. It is the biggest budgeted film in Dhanush’s career. This period film which is one of the most awaited movies in 2023 is set against the backdrops of the 1930s-40s. The movie is presented by T.G. Thyagarajan of Sathya Jyothi Films and produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan. The film is co-produced by G. Saravanan and Sai Siddharth.
The makers as promised unleashed the first look of the movie. Dhanush is seen standing against a devastated background with soldiers lying dead. The actor surprises in rugged avatar and is seen holding a gun as the only survivor of the war. The poster is surely worth waiting for as it generates inquisitiveness.
Versatile actors Sundeep Kishan and Legendary superstar Shiva Rajkumar are playing significant roles, and the gorgeous Priyanka Mohan will be seen opposite Dhanush.
Madhan Karky who worked for films like Baahubali franchise, RRR, and Pushpa has penned dialogues for the Tamil version of the movie. The other technicians include GV Prakash Kumar scoring music, Shreyaas Krishna handling cinematography, Nagooran taking care of editing, wherein T. Ramalingam is the art director.
‘Captain Miller’ will be released simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
